Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive logistics planning and execution for energy storage and PV projects across multiple European regions. Manage supplier tendering processes, request for quotations, transportation route planning, and delivery schedules. Design transport solutions for oversized and heavy cargo including heavy-lift operations. Perform route assessments and risk evaluations for complex shipments. Coordinate with project managers, carriers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Optimize logistics costs through efficient planning and supplier management. Oversee logistics tendering, evaluate service providers, and track performance against KPIs. Ensure compliance with international transportation laws, customs regulations, and internal standards. Manage invoicing, cost tracking, monthly reports, and logistics documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in international or project logistics, preferably in renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, photovoltaic, EPC, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of EU transportation regulations, customs, Incoterms, and dangerous goods handling. Experience with tendering logistics service providers, supplier and KPI management. Familiarity with multimodal transport operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Fluent English (C1 or above); additional languages such as Chinese, Romanian or other Central and Eastern European languages are advantageous. Proficiency in ERP, WMS, MS Office, and logistics management software.
