Responsibilities
Lead daily operations with third-party warehouse providers, serve as first-level support for carrier, customs, and internal team inquiries, proactively track shipments and communicate updates, handle special shipment requests, support compliance including customs and SOX, provide regional logistics software support (QAD/TMS), manage Return Merchandise Authorization processes as part of global reverse logistics, maintain accurate logistics data, and act as backup to the regional logistics manager during absences.
Qualifications
Experience in logistics coordination and management, strong problem-solving and data management skills, knowledge of customs and compliance regulations, proficiency with logistics software such as QAD and TMS, ability to improve operational processes and ensure stable, scalable logistics operations, strong communication skills to interact with carriers, customs, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
