Responsibilities
Work independently on cases primarily involving warranty law issues. Participate actively in client and court appointments. Draft pleadings and assist with various litigation tasks while working within clearly scoped areas of responsibility. Collaborate with the litigation team to represent a variety of clients from startups to large corporations in commercial disputes.
Qualifications
Excellent academic credentials (honours degree). At least one year of professional legal experience following the 2nd state examination (equivalent to full qualification in German law).
