Responsibilities
Run the Transformation Control Tower by establishing a centralized control hub for key initiatives; build an operating cadence to keep portfolio live with proactive risk and dependency management; enforce consistent standards and transparency across initiatives. Orchestrate governance and decision-making forums like the Ops Committee, preparing integrated views for executive decision-making. Manage portfolio performance through OKRs and KPIs, supporting prioritization, resource allocation, and value realization. Focus initially on marketing, pricing and promotion, ecosystem expansion, and value proposition transformation themes.
Qualifications
8-12+ years in transformation, strategy execution, consulting, PMO, or similar roles with proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. Strong program and portfolio management skills, commercial acumen, and executive communication abilities. High emotional intelligence, stakeholder leadership, and comfort with ambiguity. Fluency in English required; German not mandatory. Alignment with company values of simplicity, courage, openness, and care is expected.
