Responsibilities

Lead and operate the centralized Transformation Control Tower across all key company initiatives. Develop and maintain governance routines including decision-making forums like the Ops Committee and SteerCos. Drive portfolio performance management through robust OKR and KPI frameworks. Ensure alignment across functions, proactive risk and dependency management, and support enterprise prioritization and resource allocation. Provide decision-oriented reporting to executive leadership to facilitate fast, impactful decisions and accountability.

Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, consulting, PMO or similar impactful roles. Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with governance and accountability. Strong program and portfolio management skills with value-creation mindset. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder leadership, capable of navigating ambiguity and building trust across diverse teams. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is not mandatory. Demonstrates the company values of simplicity, courage, openness, and care.
