Qualifications
PhD in Molecular Biology, Protein Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Plant Biology, Biotechnology or related life science discipline. Minimum 8 years industry experience in scientific research, technology or product development in biotech or pharma sectors. Expertise in cell-free protein expression, protein biochemistry, molecular biology, DNA engineering, synthetic biology or related fields. Proven leadership in managing scientific teams and projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, scientific writing and communication skills. Professional fluency in English; German is advantageous. Able to work on-site in Aachen, Germany.
