Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver strategic projects within the Merchandising area. Establish and enhance PMO structures, tools, and governance processes. Maintain transparency on project status, risks, and KPIs. Prepare and facilitate steering committees. Support transformation and process optimization initiatives ensuring sustainable adoption. Organize international events such as partner conferences and supplier summits, managing stakeholders, budgets, and agendas. Provide management support including preparation of presentations and materials for strategic discussions at C-level, structuring complex topics, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field. Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or strategic roles such as consulting or Chief of Staff. Proven expertise in change management and process optimization. Strong organizational skills, experience planning international events. Structured, analytical, solution-oriented approach. Excellent communication skills with confident presence at senior management level. Fluent business-level English. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and common project management tools.
