Own end-to-end AI Workspace product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, prioritization, and growth targets. Drive conversion and activation from free trials to enterprise rollouts. Prototype AI-powered features and work closely with engineering and design to deliver rapidly. Collaborate with sales and marketing on pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation. Stay abreast of AI innovations, security risks, and regulatory impacts to inform product decisions.
Qualifications
Proven experience building and shipping AI products in production. Demonstrable success growing products with both self-serve and sales-led distribution models. Daily user and builder of AI models, agents, and coding assistants. Strong understanding of enterprise B2B technology adoption and regulatory environment. Technical aptitude to engage with engineering on AI infrastructure and trade-offs. Commercial mindset focusing on SaaS pricing and product positioning. Interest in AI security attack vectors and compliance requirements. Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
