Responsibilities
Lead the Machine Learning team, architect AI model training and fine-tuning using sovereign dataspace technology, define technical ML roadmap, support product management in AI/ML architecture evaluations, recruit and mentor ML engineers, foster inclusive and collaborative team culture, collaborate with dataspace technology experts and product teams, contribute to open-source projects.
Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Computer Science or related field; 7+ years experience in Machine Learning including federated learning; 3+ years in technical project and people leadership; proven ability to bring ML products to market; deep knowledge of ML infrastructure, large language models and AI tooling; excellent stakeholder management skills; strong interest and knowledge in sovereign AI and dataspace technologies (Catena-X, Gaia-X, IDSA); experience with open-source projects.
