Responsibilities

Own performance, functionality, and readiness of on-board fluid systems; lead design, development, testing, qualification, and operations of fluid systems; define technology roadmap and engineering tools; plan and oversee test campaigns; collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams; lead and mentor Fluid Systems team including recruitment and career development; manage team priorities, schedules, resources, and deliverables; support budgeting and resource planning; make key technical and hiring decisions; promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, excellence, and discipline.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or similar; at least 5 years experience in rocket propulsion/fluid system development; hands-on experience with rocket propulsion and cryogenic propulsion systems; deep domain knowledge of fluid system design, development, and testing; proven success leading multi-disciplinary teams; ability to manage risk and uncertainty; highly organized and proactive with attention to detail; strong technical presentation and reporting skills; fluent in English.
