Responsibilities
Design and develop content architecture and technical briefs guiding SEO content creation; partner with leadership to strategize high-impact search-focused content. Maintain technical SEO health covering schema markup, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and crawl optimization. Implement and manage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies ensuring brand prominence in AI search engines, leveraging LLM technologies for automation and analysis. Collaborate with BI analysts to build custom dashboards and report on SEO metrics including traffic, rankings, backlinks, and AI share of voice. Support backlinking and digital PR by auditing potential partners and identifying link-building opportunities.
Qualifications
Approximately 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with an emphasis on technical SEO, site auditing, or analytics. Proficient in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, GA4, and comfortable with Google Sheets and Looker Studio reporting. Strong analytical foundation with curiosity to learn advanced SEO and AI tools, including LLMs like ChatGPT and others. Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus. A background or passion in music or creative arts is highly advantageous. Able to work part-time (32 hours/week) in a hybrid remote setting based in Berlin.
