Responsibilities

Conduct research and synthesize information on key topics in international climate negotiations; assist the LDC or SIDS team with specialized topics such as gender, capacity building, agriculture, and climate finance; develop standardized capacity building workshops for new negotiators; support logistical and travel coordination for international climate meetings; take meeting notes, develop agendas, and assist project managers and team leads with various tasks.

Qualifications

Master's degree or minimum 2 years' experience in law, politics, environmental studies, or related fields; excellent research and information synthesis skills; strong interest and knowledge in international climate change issues; highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; good teamwork skills and comfort working across time zones; experience in project management and travel coordination is advantageous; excellent written and spoken English required.
