Responsibilities
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of global projects including management systems, reporting packages, and improvement initiatives. Perform reporting and performance analysis, consolidate data, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate projects and provide PMO support, maintaining documentation and timelines. Assist in standardizing management systems and documentation. Participate in improvement activities such as workshops and pilot projects. Collaborate with internal departments to support integration and act as a contact point for assigned projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus. A few years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, consulting, or project support, including internships. Strong analytical skills comfortable with data sets, some experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus. Basic project management knowledge is preferred. Understanding of logistics or 3PL concepts or willingness to learn quickly. Fluent English communication skills.
