Responsibilities
Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms; support and optimize paid social media campaigns; translate campaign data into actionable insights and performance recommendations; monitor and improve campaign performance daily for efficiency and ROAS; assist in experimentation with marketing strategies, targeting, and creative elements; implement and scale automation workflows and AI-assisted processes; ensure proper campaign tracking and attribution; collaborate with creative teams to enhance messaging and engagement; stay updated on paid search trends and automation capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing in fast-paced, agile environments; hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta campaigns; strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights; experience with A/B testing and optimization; familiarity with marketing automation, AI tools, scripts, and workflow optimization; understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to thrive in performance-driven settings; proactive, creative problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in B2C or subscription-based businesses preferred; EdTech experience is a plus.
