Responsibilities

Design and develop new PCBs from scratch, troubleshoot hardware and signal integrity issues using lab equipment, modify schematics for manufacturability and cost optimization, own cable harness design ensuring durability and signal integrity, collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and operations teams, and engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience. Strong foundational knowledge of circuit design, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layout fundamentals. Familiarity with PCB design software like Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle. Analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic. Prior experience or interest in 3D printing systems, CNC machinery, or robotics is advantageous but not required.
