Responsibilities
Support all stages of M&A transactions from initial identification through closing and integration; conduct industry and competitive analyses to identify targets and opportunities; build detailed financial models and valuation analyses; collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure deal execution; present transaction proposals to senior management; maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field; strong financial modeling and valuation skills including building complex models; experience with various deal structures such as M&A, carve-outs, equity investments, joint ventures; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong project management abilities; eligibility to obtain required security clearance.
