Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day artworking support to the design department. Prepare artwork for various print formats ensuring print-ready standards. Create high-quality specification sheets and technical packs for production. Collaborate with E-commerce to provide and maintain imagery for client webstores. Liaise with production teams to ensure artwork meets print requirements including color accuracy and resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve artworking or print challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as A&R, Account Management, Touring, Ecomm, and Production to bring projects to life.
Qualifications
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Understanding of the print process, including screen and apparel printing, is advantageous. Passion for the music industry with experience in artwork production for artists and merchandise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full-time availability onsite in Berlin.
