The role includes managing Azure application layers like SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Teams; administering Confluence and Jira Cloud; managing device imaging and network resources; and providing incident, service, and change management. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage Azure applications including SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint, and Teams; administer and maintain Confluence and Jira Cloud; manage system access controls; handle imaging and support of Windows, macOS devices, and smartphones; maintain and monitor technical assets and network components; ensure smooth LAN and WAN operations; respond to incidents, service and change requests; run onboarding and offboarding processes; create and update technical documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in corporate IT environments; strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications and Azure AD; familiarity with Intune or Endpoint device management solutions; experience with Atlassian products Confluence and Jira Cloud; hands-on support skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; solid understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN; automation and scripting skills; strong IT security awareness; excellent verbal and written English skills; German language skills are a beneficial plus.
