Responsibilities

Lead and support regional IT Solutions for Clinical Diagnostics in Germany, acting as the first contact for IT demands and issues. Interface with Group IT Solutions to coordinate application management and governance. Define and communicate IT vision and roadmap aligned with business strategies. Oversee IT operations, budget, and transformation programs including lab automation and standardization. Promote adoption of shared platforms and governance frameworks, ensuring phasing out of local IT in favor of centralized solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration between IT and business, champion change management and digital literacy, and develop IT talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or related field. Over 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within non-tech companies, with proven project management experience using Prince, PMI or similar. Strong understanding of enterprise systems like LIMS, CRM, accounting software and their business value. Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated or process-heavy industries. Proficiency in English is required. Preferred skills include strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, cloud transformation experience (Azure, AWS), strong communication, and change leadership capabilities.
