Responsibilities
Support administration and maintenance of CIS Property Accounting Records for IT assets. Manage processing of deliveries, storage, shipment, requisition, distribution, and disposal of IT assets. Maintain asset records in central database and provide assets to local customers within SLA. Assist with annual inventory, coordinate with stakeholders and logistics teams. Document and report equipment discrepancies. Collaborate with technicians to meet user requirements. Plan, schedule own work and monitor progress. Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Vocational training at higher level in supply, logistics, or supply chain management, or a diploma of secondary education with 5 years related experience. Experience with asset management, ITSM ticketing systems, order and inventory management, ideally with Oracle or similar databases. Knowledge of NATO logistics regulations and basic IT hardware. Fluent English in written and spoken form. Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
