Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop, notebook, and mobile PC workstations, printers, and peripherals; deploy desktop hardware for projects; provide complex problem diagnosis and resolution; contribute to knowledge management; escalate issues appropriately; participate in purchasing and deployment of devices and upgrades; provide feedback to improve service delivery; engage in local and enterprise IT projects; coach and advise team members; participate in on-call rotation; perform proactive maintenance; support cross-functional IT teams; adhere to operational level agreements; collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for incident and problem management; provide training and problem-solving assistance to team members.
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred; 2-4 years of experience in service industry; strong customer service skills; proficient with Windows operating systems, network printing systems, Microsoft Office; preferred healthcare experience; preferred experience with Google Suite.
