Salary

Responsibilities
Provide desktop hardware deployment, implementation, and support for low to medium complexity and cross-functional projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, participate in root cause analysis, and escalate issues as required. Maintain and proactively service devices. Work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders on incident management and problem resolution. Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to knowledge management. Coach and train other team members as needed.
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical institute certificate preferred. 2-4 years of experience in the service industry, preferably healthcare. Strong customer service skills. Proficient in Windows operating system environment, network printing systems, Microsoft Office, and preferably Google Suite.
