Responsibilities
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational supply chain management tasks; analyze and validate customer forecasts to aid demand planning; monitor stock and order execution performance; ensure accurate order processing from entry to delivery; coordinate operational customer order issues; proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders; prepare analyses, KPI follow-ups, reports, and presentations; progressively manage dedicated customers and improvement projects; support ad hoc operational and project activities.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with operational data. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI tools is beneficial. Customer service minded with an understanding of supply chain impact on customer satisfaction. Proactive, structured, solution-oriented with hands-on mentality. Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages a plus. Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional team environment.
