Responsibilities
Assist in responding to customer and partner inquiries about AI applications on robotic platforms under team guidance. Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware-related AI application issues, escalating complex cases when needed. Document common issues and their resolutions to create reusable support resources. Aid in testing reference AI applications and pipelines prior to release. Acquire thorough understanding of team pipelines to effectively communicate technical concepts in accessible language to customers and partners.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Basic proficiency in Python sufficient to understand and reproduce setups. Ability to clearly communicate technical information in English. Basic understanding of robot arm control, sensors, and actuator integration with software. Beneficial: Experience with physics simulators such as MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, or Gazebo; familiarity with ROS or ROS2; prior customer-facing roles such as support or teaching.
