Responsibilities

Design learning solutions addressing business and performance challenges; define learning objectives and measurable outcomes; develop end-to-end learning architectures including paths, activities, and workplace transfer; select effective learning formats; create content supporting performance improvement; formulate and validate hypotheses through pilots; evaluate using learning and business metrics; design MVP solutions and scale initiatives; partner with project managers for analysis and iteration; maintain a practical knowledge base; develop reusable frameworks and scalable design patterns.

Qualifications

Proven corporate or B2B Learning & Development experience; background as Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or similar; application of learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness; strong instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; product mindset focusing on business goals and outcomes; experience in hypothesis-driven experimentation and iterative improvement; strong systems thinking and decision-making in ambiguous contexts; confidence to challenge training requests and suggest more effective solutions; English C1 proficiency. Bonus: experience in EdTech, technology or product-driven companies, cross-functional collaboration, understanding learning impact on business metrics, Spanish language skills.
