Responsibilities

Coordinate the contribution to a pan-European AI & Robotics health initiative including planning, budgeting, and reporting. Design and manage open calls to select promising health AI startups and projects. Lead health-specific startup acceleration providing mentoring, regulatory, and market access guidance. Recruit and coordinate mentors, clinical experts, and industry advisors. Drive innovation projects liaising with hospitals, industry, and research partners. Grow a network of health founders, investors, and corporates through ecosystem-building activities. Track and report progress on key results and represent the organization in coordination meetings. Serve as primary contact for stakeholders including startups, investors, corporates, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications

University degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, health innovation, computer science, engineering, business or related field; master's degree preferred. 4-6 years of experience in innovation management, startup acceleration, venture support, or programme management in health, life sciences or deep-tech. Experience managing EU-funded programmes with planning, reporting, budgeting, and KPI tracking. Good understanding of AI and robotics technologies and health innovation landscape. Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks relevant to AI in health, such as the EU AI Act and European Health Data Space. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international context. Additional knowledge of regulatory considerations, equity, IP or revenue-sharing agreements a plus.
