We are seeking an experienced HSE Senior Product Line Specialist to drive health, safety, and environmental performance improvements across a manufacturing product line. Responsibilities
Implement and lead Product Line-wide HSE performance improvement programs to foster an exemplary Health, Safety and Environmental culture. Coach and advise leadership and line managers on HSE matters. Plan and execute HSE and Corporate Responsibility projects, engaging stakeholders to raise awareness and gain commitment. Ensure proper organization, staffing, skills, and direction in the area of responsibility. Support policy implementation and audit compliance. Assist management in understanding legal and corporate HSE obligations. Facilitate HSE risk management and ensure implementation of related processes. Guide, motivate, and develop HSE professionals. Lead internal incident investigations and apply learnings across the organization. Identify and initiate training needs in the Product Line. Drive compliance with group management systems.
Qualifications
Higher education degree with a focus on Health & Safety is required. Minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in HSE, preferably within manufacturing. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental requirements, with experience or familiarity with HSE ISO standards. Track record of driving performance improvements in international, regional, and local teams. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust across managerial levels. Proven ability to self-initiate actions, make decisions, and resolve problems. Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
