Responsibilities
Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of InfiniBand and Ethernet networks; troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and performance issues; monitor network health; manage and troubleshoot Fortinet solutions like firewalls and VPNs; implement network configurations including routing and segmentation; collaborate with compute and storage teams to support HPC/AI workloads; participate in incident response and operational support; document network procedures; learn and use automation tools such as Ansible and scripting.
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in networking, system engineering, or infrastructure roles; basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs; familiarity with Linux systems and command-line tools; exposure to data center networking or distributed systems; strong eagerness to develop expertise in InfiniBand and HPC networking.
