Responsibilities
Plan and engineer heavy lift and multipurpose marine transportation projects; develop operational procedures and manuals related to load-out, transportation, mooring, and installation; support tendering and bidding activities; maintain communication with all stakeholders on technical matters; monitor and coordinate worldwide project execution; collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project preparation and implementation; contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) culture.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years professional experience in heavy lifting and/or heavy transport engineering; BSc or MSc in Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related engineering disciplines; excellent written and spoken English skills; proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office; experience with structural engineering software is a plus but not mandatory; strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams on multiple projects.
