Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the global Project Management Office (PMO) and its strategic portfolio; manage project intake, prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing aligned with company strategy; shape and mobilize strategic initiatives from structure through execution; prepare executive and board-level reporting; innovate PMO functions leveraging AI to reduce low-value tasks; coach and develop senior and lead project managers; define portfolio decision pathways and manage escalation; monitor portfolio-wide risks and mitigate proactively; partner with senior leadership to align organizational goals with strategic portfolio; evolve PMO strategy to embed continuous improvement and value creation culture.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience including at least 3 years in leadership roles within remote or hybrid digital environments; strong generalist experience across business and technology settings with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies; project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; innovative use of AI in project management; ability to translate strategic intent into executable programs; strong systems-thinking and risk management skills; high executive presence and communication skills; adaptable and resilient leadership with coaching-oriented style; proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management tools like Asana; fluent in written and spoken English.
