Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the quantum software line, decide on feature priorities, translate research capabilities into shippable products, manage the interface between physicists and engineers to ensure productive collaboration, lead planning and prioritization for a small senior technical team, maintain customer, partner, and vendor relationships, collaborate with internal teams on joint offerings and teaching applications, and represent the company at external events and conferences.
Qualifications
Technical degree in physics, engineering, or computer science; postgraduate qualifications advantageous. Experience taking scientific or deep-tech software from prototype to product. Proven ability to manage customer and partner engagements directly. Strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, and experience working in small teams where product leadership is hands-on. Fluent English required; German language skills are not necessary.
