Responsibilities

Qualifications
9+ years in product design with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary design teams in fast-scaling tech environments. Expertise in AI-driven design tools and workflows, strong systems thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for renewable energy and mission-driven work. Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not clearly required.
