Responsibilities
Define and own marketing strategy including positioning, messaging, ICP, category narrative, and revenue/pipeline goals. Build and lead the marketing team. Drive B2B demand generation and manage product and developer marketing efforts. Set content and editorial strategy across multiple channels. Operate marketing stack and reporting. Manage budget, agencies, and vendors. Collaborate with Sales/GTM on pipeline and CEO on fundraising and investor materials.
Qualifications
8+ years B2B marketing experience including leadership in high-growth startups or scale-ups, preferably in developer tools, audio, or technical SaaS. Proven track record building full-funnel demand generation with measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Experience marketing to developers and technical buyers with strong product marketing instincts. Excellent writing and editing skills. Proficient with modern marketing tools (CRM, analytics, SEO, attribution). Experienced in hiring, coaching, and structuring marketing teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus: knowledge in Voice AI, speech, audio, real-time communications, or fundraising experience.
