Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of SAP Functional Consultants and Team Leads; define and execute global functional consulting strategy; drive growth, capability development, and succession planning; establish delivery governance, quality standards, methodologies, and best practices; ensure successful delivery of complex SAP implementation projects worldwide; partner with Sales during strategic customer engagements and pre-sales; collaborate with Product Management, Development, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership; monitor KPIs including utilization, profitability, customer satisfaction, and project health; foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications
Extensive leadership experience within SAP consulting organizations; strong SAP Functional Consulting background; proven experience leading international consulting teams; experience developing consulting organizations and delivery frameworks; excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset; industry experience within Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or other regulated sectors. Nice to have: SAP Certification, experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, experience scaling consulting organizations globally, background in regulated industries.
