Responsibilities
Lead planning, management, and monitoring of software architecture, application development, and digital innovation efforts. Manage and optimize IT process organizations and ensure collaboration across IT domains. Drive innovation initiatives using design thinking methods. Define and maintain software and solution architectures. Oversee the Project Management Office, standardizing project methods and quality assurance. Strategically manage IT project portfolios, including resource, budget, and risk management. Establish IT governance structures and manage provider and vendor relationships, including contract and SLA monitoring.
Qualifications
University degree in computer science, business informatics, or related fields. Extensive expertise in software/solution architecture, software design and development, innovation management, and platform/cloud architectures. Experience in enterprise IT architecture and project management related to software implementations. Proven leadership in establishing PMO structures, project portfolio management, and vendor management. Preferable certifications include Scrum, TOGAF, iSAQB CPSA, Certified SAFe Architect, Design Thinking Coach, PMI PMP, or SAFe RTE. Over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years leading teams of 20+ employees and 2 years in complex IT program leadership roles.
