Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to integrate design into product development. Provide clear creative direction and hands-on design input to maintain high-quality standards. Shape the design function by establishing principles, processes, and ways of working that support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
8-12+ years of progressive experience in design with substantial exposure to both digital and physical product design. Strong expertise in design systems, interaction design, and end-to-end product experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to set design direction, make clear decisions, and mentor designers. Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups with broad ownership responsibilities. Exceptional eye for detail and craft, collaborative mindset, and high ownership orientation. Deep understanding of product experience, motion design, and hardware considerations.
