Responsibilities
Own growth performance and commercial success for a specific market or region by defining, prioritizing, and scaling effective growth levers across the full user journey. Develop and execute paid search and app acquisition strategies, manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs, and oversee SEO and ASO optimization. Manage campaign budgeting, forecasting, and investment for market-specific growth activities. Adapt global growth playbooks to local markets in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Utilize data and analytics infrastructure to ensure accurate measurement and informed decision-making. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across growth, product, analytics, and commercial teams to align and communicate priorities effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in performance and growth marketing with expertise in paid acquisition on platforms like Google Ads across web and app environments. Experience managing affiliate and influencer marketing programs and applying SEO and ASO insights within growth strategies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in growth KPIs, attribution models, and working with large datasets, preferably with tools like Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous. Familiarity with campaign automation, testing, and experimentation frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively engaging senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
