Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnels; develop campaigns targeting technically minded and skeptical audiences; manage and enhance CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics infrastructure; collaborate with founders and product teams to translate insights into growth actions; write precise marketing copy tailored to a rational audience; own entire growth funnel from lead generation through conversion including landing pages, paid campaigns, email and messaging flows, webinars, and referrals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in data querying and analysis, funnel and cohort analysis, A/B testing and experimentation; experience with BI and analytics tools such as DataStudio, Metabase, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau; proficient in spreadsheet modeling for forecasting and projections; ability to independently run and ship growth campaigns; excellent English writing skills tailored to an analytical audience; knowledge or close alignment with technical, rational, and scientific communities; interest in longevity, biohacking, health-tech, biotech, AI, or frontier technologies; technical comfort with automation tools and AI-assisted workflows; residency in Berlin required; German language proficiency is a plus; additional skills in Python, R, or API automation tools advantageous.
