Responsibilities
Identify and execute high-impact growth levers across multiple channels, customer segments, and product categories to drive net sales and profitability. Monitor and analyze channel performance by country and customer level, working closely with marketing managers to adjust strategies based on data and market trends. Translate customer behavior, competitor activity, and market insights into actionable growth initiatives. Partner strategically with marketing, category management, and promotion teams to implement cross-functional growth projects. Track and report commercial KPIs such as net contribution, net sales, contribution margin, customer lifetime value, and retention. Build business cases for growth initiatives to optimize resource allocation. Drive scalable, lean processes and ways of working across countries and teams.
Qualifications
Strong experience in online and performance marketing including SEA, SEO, and affiliates with a data-driven mindset. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into commercial actions, with solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and category management teams. Strong business judgment and ability to independently prioritize and drive initiatives. Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working in an international environment. Structured, hands-on execution approach combined with analytical thinking. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
