Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of 3 to 4 Product Managers, setting vision and accountability for impactful outcomes. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for micro fulfillment center operation tools covering inbounding, inventory, task management, and picking/packing. Co-lead a 30-person organization alongside engineering and design leadership. Improve key business metrics such as fulfillment speed, cost per order, and on-time delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, commercial, analytics, and product domains to align global scale with local market needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of product management experience including at least 2 years leading Product Managers. Proven track record in delivering impact with internal or SaaS tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills capable of aligning priorities across teams. Technical understanding of app architecture and design systems. Analytical and outcome-focused with experience managing critical business KPIs. Excellent leadership skills to inspire teams and drive cross-functional alignment.
