Responsibilities

Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; assist monthly reporting by preparing financial analyses and management presentations; analyze variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts; support ad hoc financial analyses and scenario planning; assist month-end closing processes and collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling teams; contribute to ongoing improvement of financial reports and KPI dashboards; support automation and digital transformation initiatives including AI-driven solutions; identify process improvement opportunities; participate in implementation of new FP&A tools and digital finance strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; strong analytical mindset with interest in financial planning and data analytics; excellent numerical, problem-solving skills with accuracy; advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL; familiarity with Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus; eagerness to leverage automation and AI in finance processes; fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
