Responsibilities
Own the analytics roadmap for the global supply chain team by translating strategic priorities into actionable reports and dashboards across 22 countries. Liaise between supply chain and analytics engineering teams to ensure reliable, accessible data. Build scalable reporting frameworks that provide real-time performance insights. Identify risks, trends, and inefficiencies through data analysis to prevent operational issues. Act as a data expert and primary contact for analytic requests and metric definitions. Support regional teams in interpreting data and implementing operational improvements. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the supply chain data architecture to ensure consistent data accuracy and documentation.
Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data visualization with a proven ability to convert complex data into clear insights. Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and strong SQL skills. Knowledge and curiosity about AI tools for enhanced analysis and automation. Demonstrated ownership mindset with proactive identification and accountability for quality analytics. Experience in e-commerce or quick commerce is advantageous. Excellent English communication skills for diverse stakeholders. Collaborative attitude with confidence to work with engineering and analytics teams on data infrastructure.
