Responsibilities
Develop and ship new end-to-end service workflows rapidly to support various additional service offerings. Expand service offerings into new European markets adapting to local regulations. Build polished React user interfaces and complex, interaction-heavy workflows focused on excellent UX. Integrate AI models to automate service fulfillment tasks, including document generation and data validation. Develop APIs that facilitate data connections across systems and workflows. Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to deliver features quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
2-4 years professional software experience for mid-level or 5+ years for senior roles. Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with a solid focus on UX craftsmanship. Backend experience including API development, data modeling, and SQL databases. Comfortable with fullstack feature delivery from front to back end. Regular use of AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot integrated into daily work. Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus. Based in Berlin, with hybrid work expected three days per week in office.
