Responsibilities
Develop and enhance high-quality web applications enabling efficient banking operations. Work across frontend and backend technologies, APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize features and measure release success. Ensure code quality with focus on security, privacy, and reliability. Take ownership of features from idea to production, continuously improve architecture and developer experience, and mentor team members.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong backend development and production service operation skills. Practical experience in frontend web development with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS. Familiarity with Python, Java, or Kotlin is a plus. Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization patterns (including JWT), and service integrations. Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and production observability. Proficient in delivering complex software with end-to-end ownership. Strong analytical skills, pragmatic decision-making, clear communication in English, and experience in regulated or operationally critical environments.
