Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality web applications and backend services to enable banking operations for millions of users. Work fullstack across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, event-driven workflows, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with operations teams to prioritize features and measure impact. Ensure software security, privacy, and reliability standards. Own projects end-to-end from idea through production. Contribute to architectural improvements, code quality, monitoring, and mentoring team members.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven backend development experience with production services, lambdas, and databases. Strong frontend development skills using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and NestJS. Experience with Python, Java, or Kotlin is advantageous. Solid knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication/authorization mechanisms including JWT, and service integrations. Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures is a plus. Proficient with AWS, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability/debugging. Excellent English communication skills and experience working in regulated, operationally critical environments.
