Qualifications
Degree in Software Engineering, Computing, or related field; 5+ years professional experience in software development; thorough knowledge of full SDLC; experience in Agile environments preferred; strong initiative, problem-solving, and independent working skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management; technical expertise with .NET Core, C#, PL/SQL, React (desirable), JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Visual Studio/VS Code, Oracle databases, responsive UI design, web services, unit testing, version control with GIT and Azure DevOps; familiarity with AI development practices like GitHub CoPilot; understanding of compliance and security frameworks such as SOX.
