Responsibilities
Own and enhance the full technology stack including backend services and user-facing features. Translate designs into scalable and maintainable code. Utilize AI-assisted coding tools daily. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Review and validate peer code including AI-generated contributions. Contribute to architectural and technical decisions emphasizing scalability and modularity. Stay current with AI tooling developments and propose product improvements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain a tight feedback loop between development and product.
Qualifications
3-5 years professional software development experience with agile methodologies. Minimum 2 years working with Python in backend or full-stack roles. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. Practical use of AI-assisted development tools for coding and code review. Strong commitment to software testing with frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or pytest. Understanding of scalable system design, Git workflows, basic DevOps and CI/CD knowledge, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Fluent English communication skills. Collaborative and proactive mindset. Additional assets: Computer Science degree, experience with LLM API integration, AI/ML concepts, container technologies, modern authentication, and frontend build tooling.
