Responsibilities
Develop and refine backend systems using Django and frontend applications with React and TypeScript. Create and improve APIs for various functionalities like user management and orders. Build integrations with third-party tools such as Shopify and Mendrix. Scale and optimize cloud hosting environments primarily on GCP. Architect scalable multi-tenant SaaS solutions and collaborate closely with product and design teams. Set high code quality standards, implement testing and CI/CD pipelines, mentor team members, and drive technical innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in Python (Django) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React). Proven success in building and scaling SaaS applications in production environments. Deep expertise with PostgreSQL and ORM tools. Experience leading development teams, balancing coding with mentoring and architectural decisions. Skilled in testing methodologies including TDD/BDD with tools like Pytest and React Testing Library. Fluent in Git workflows and CI/CD systems. Proficient in building RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and integrating third-party platforms like Shopify and Mendrix. Experience with Firebase or Google Analytics, e-commerce startups, or multi-tenant SaaS architectures is a plus but not required.
