Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for AI-driven financial products. Build scalable backend services and APIs supporting intelligent workflows. Develop high-performance, intuitive UI components. Design real-time communication systems. Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate AI features into production. Implement and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured financial data. Establish testing, monitoring, and reliability standards. Optimize system performance and scalability. Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to engineering best practices. Stay current with industry trends in AI and financial technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong backend programming skills in Python and modern API frameworks such as FastAPI. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Proven system design skills for scalable web platforms and databases (relational and non-relational). Deep knowledge of AI agent architecture, prompt design, and production deployment of AI agents. Experience with information retrieval, embedding pipelines, vector search, RAG, and asynchronous applications. Hands-on experience with large language models and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain. Familiarity with financial datasets, market data, or financial service APIs. Ability to work autonomously and responsively in fast-moving environments. Preferred: experience in blockchain, DeFi, digital assets, and performance optimization. Location flexibility across US, Latin America, or Europe, with EST hours collaboration.
