Responsibilities
Own and improve the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience supporting 200+ micro-frontends. Enhance micro-frontend architecture for better composition and shared dependencies. Lead projects from idea through to production by defining technical plans, estimating timelines, identifying risks, and delivering high-quality solutions. Advocate engineering best practices, raise code quality, and utilize AI coding tools to boost productivity and quality. Balance immediate feature needs with long-term platform health and maintainability.
Qualifications
Proven experience building production frontend applications with TypeScript and React. Solid backend skills with Node.js service ownership supporting frontend infrastructure. Deep knowledge of frontend build tools and module systems. Experience in resolving complex frontend performance and reliability issues. Track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills (including RFCs/ADRs). Plus: experience with micro-frontends, frontend platform engineering, shared component libraries, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability.
